1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content provided within KIMONO SK Academy courses—including videos, curriculum, logical structural frameworks, text, graphics, and images—is the exclusive intellectual property of KIMONO SK Academy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view the materials. Downloading, ripping, recording, distributing, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under US corporate law.
2. Account Sharing
Your account is for individual use only. Sharing account credentials with third parties will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our proprietary curriculum and immediate access to intellectual property upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a course has been purchased, unless explicitly stated otherwise on specific course landing pages.
4. Certification Requirements
Certificates for Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 will only be issued upon successful completion of all curriculum requirements and passing scores on official assessments. KIMONO SK Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if academic integrity or professional standards are violated.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of your S-Corp registration.
